The L for Lupus Foundation presents Charcuterie & Chat Sacramento Lupus Support Group. Where nourishment meets meaningful connection. Set in a cozy charcuterie space, this monthly meet up on the 4th Tuesday of every month from 5:30-7:00 pm. This event brings together health conscious individuals, caregivers and wellness professionals for inspiring talks, real conversations and intentional community building and empowerment.
